The ins and outs of ministry can be very hard. Over time, we can become disgruntled and tired, but we are warned against this in 2 Thessalonians 3. Paul says, “don’t grow weary of doing good.” This is a call to perseverance, it’s a statement that encourages us to be so anchored in Christ that we will finish the work He has called us to do.
It has been said that everyone has about 10,000 thoughts a day come through their brain. That's a lot! These thoughts can be about just about anything. The question is "What are we going to do with them?" In Philippians 4, Paul encourages us to take all of our thoughts to God through prayer.
